We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Analyst with 3-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the Financial Crime Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conductingthorough due diligence on clientsby gathering and analyzing client information to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
.Responsibilities:
minimum of 3 years of experience in Institutional KYC
Should have experience with entities like FIs, NBFIs, SPVs etc.
The candidate should be aware of additional documents needed while screening banks and Fis.
Should be aware of high-risk products UBO/IBO drilldown.
Experienced in Sanctions Screening / PEP Screening
Working knowledge of End-to-End KYC for private entities, listed entities etc.
Experience with Client Outreach
Knowledge of roles and responsibilities for AS, AP, MLRO
Understanding of risk pillars to classify any customer's risk at the initial level.
Understanding of Additional /Per se risk factors which may impact the risk rating of the client while in review in process.
Understanding of PEP Due Diligence (PEP/RCA PEP) apart PEP Screening
Understanding of Screening hit disposition/mitigation approach
.Mandatory skill sets
Strong understanding of financial regulations, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
Experienced analyst with a in depth-knowledgeof financial products, services, and industry regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify potential risks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
.Preferred skill sets
