Job Description & Summary:We are seeking high-impact GTM Directors to join our GCC markets team. This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role focused on opening and developing new accounts across Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India, the ideal candidate will combine deep cyber security, technical, digital and domain expertise with a proven ability to build C-suite relationships, shape large deals, and drive pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities

• Lead enablement and management of Microsoft Purview for enterprise data sources both on-premises and in the cloud.
  

• Develop andmaintaincustom automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and CLI to interact with Purview APIs for data source registration, scan configuration, rule set creation, and scheduling.
  

• Create and manage Purview Domains, Collections, and Data Catalogs to ensure thorough metadata capture and data lineage tracking.
  

• Perform manual and automated registration of data sources, followed by test scans tovalidatemetadata harvesting and data classification accuracy.
  

• Define and implement data governance policies across Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Teams, focusing on data accountability, privacy, security, and compliance.
  

• Support migration activities for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) between tenants whilemaintaininggovernance and security posture.
  

• Collaborate with security, compliance, and data owners toestablishdata lifecycle management protocols, data sharing agreements, and regulatory compliance measures.
  

• Assistin monitoring and reporting on governance maturity, data quality, and compliance metricsusing built-in Purview dashboards and custom scripting solutions.
  

• Documentautomationworkflows, governance processes, and operational guidelines to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  

• Stay current with Microsoft Purview enhancements, industry standards, and best practices to continuouslyoptimizedata governance and automation strategies.
  
  

• 3+yearshands-on experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance platforms.
  

• Expert knowledge of Purview Data Map, scanning, classification, and metadata management.
  

• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and Azure CLI for custom interactions with Purview APIs.
  

• Experience managing and automating data source registration and scan scheduling for cloud and on-premises data sources such as Azure SQL Database, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
  

• Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 governance, including SharePoint and Teams data policies and lifecycle management.
  

• Experience with Power Platform migrations including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI tenant-to-tenant migration.
  

• Solid understanding of data governance foundations: data cataloging, accountability, traceability, security, privacy, and compliance.
  

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in data governance automation and metadata workflows.
  

• Strong communicationand collaboration skills to engage with technical teams and business stakeholders.
