Job Position Title:
IN_Senior Associate _ IR_ Deals – Advisory _ Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and capital-market stakeholders, including institutional investors and sell-side analysts
- Develop high-quality investor communication materials such as quarterly earnings documents, investor presentations, strategic press releases, and regulatory disclosures
- Analyse financial statements, operational KPIs, and valuation metrics
- Track and evaluate changes in the shareholding ownership and stock movement of the client
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and market intelligence to provide timely updates to the client
- Conduct data mining from multiple sources (research reports, databases, exchange websites etc.)
- Track, analyse and summarise research notes on the client and the peers
- Facilitate investor and analyst interactions, including NDRs, conference participation, and targeted outreach
- Capture and analyse investor/analyst feedback to inform communication strategy and strengthen market positioning
