As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities 

• AI project management: Oversee end-to-end execution of AI-driven projects, from planning to deployment. 
  

• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with Leadership, validation reps and the project team 
  

• Technical oversight: Ensure AI models and platforms meet pharma-specific compliance, scalability, and performance standards. 
  

• Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. 
  

• Regulatory compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines defined by Lilly. 
  

• Reporting and documentation: Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular updates to leadership. 
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field. 
  

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 2–3 years in AI/ML projects. Overall experience 8-12 years. 
  

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D processes and regulatory frameworks. 
  

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred, but not a must have. 
  
  

• Expertise in AI/ML technologies (Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Claude). 
  

• Familiarity with data management and processes in pharma. 
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. 
  

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
