Job Description & Summary:

The individual will be reviewing and managing key tasks to ensure timely and accurate workflow. This role involves extensive analysis and staying updated with firm-related policies and procedures while managing business exceptions. Meeting operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans, reviewing and resolving problems, and identifying system improvements are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making

Strengthen financial controls, compliance processes, and governance standards across finance operations

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support business initiatives, cost management, and operational efficiency

Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance the quality, efficiency, and scalability of finance processes
