Job Summary-A career withinData & AnalyticsServices will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage transformation to enhance their customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.
Establish and promote best practices inmodeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor.
Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy.
Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team.
Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics.
Mandatory skill sets:
Conduct exploratory data analysis using visualizations to understand data patterns and structures.
Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions.
Develop, deploy, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for business challenges.
Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration strategies into Snowflake/Data Lake platforms.
Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning methods to derive actionable insights.
Lead AI research projects focused on innovative data analysis techniques.
Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience building data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
Strong expertise with Azure Stack services and Snowflake.
Proficient in SQL with deep knowledge of dimensionalmodeling.
Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictivemodeling.
Programming proficiency in R or Python preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience with AI Automation projects, including Generative AI or Agentic AI, is a plus.
Preferred skill sets: Python, Machinelearning ,Deep learning
