We are looking for a CRM Techno-Functional Consultant who bridges business requirements and technical solutions. The role involves configuring, customizing, and supporting CRM platforms while ensuring alignment with business processes. 


Responsibilities: 

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions 
  

• Configure and customize CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) 
  

• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, workflows, and automation 
  

• Provide functional guidance, user training, and ongoing support 
  

• Perform data migration, testing, and deployment activities 
  

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM performance 
  
  

• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc.) 
  

• Experience in both functional (business analysis) and technical (configuration/customization) aspects 
  

• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data models 
  

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills 
  
  

• CRM certifications (Salesforce/Dynamics) 
  

• Experience with Agile methodologies
