Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Job Description & Summary 


A career within compliances projects, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage contract and compliance to enhance their customer experiences, ……………………………… 

*Responsibilities:  


Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limited supervision. 

Support in new client acquisition and business development. 

Thought leadership on global emerging trends.  

Extensive experience (7 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects.  

Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews 

Robust project handling skills  

Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.
