Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate in Data and Analytics, you will focus on the following:
- Cloud Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure cloud architecture solutions, using your expertise in cloud technologies to optimize infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Migration Roadmap Development: Collaborate with customers to understand their existing IT workloads and create migration roadmaps to transition them to cloud-based environments.
- Solution Delivery: Architect and implement cloud solutions in areas such as networking, storage, compute infrastructure, and identity/access management in virtualized environments.
- Customer-Facing Role: Engage with enterprise customers to assess their needs, create technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery of cloud-based projects.
- Networking and Cloud Technologies: Manage advanced networking concepts such as Linux, software-defined networking, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and application acceleration for cloud and distributed systems.
- DevOps & Automation: Apply experience in automating infrastructure provisioning and working with DevOps tools such as CI/CD, Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
- Advanced Data Solutions: Leverage your knowledge in databases (Relational, NoSQL, Big Data) and cloud data storage systems, integrating cloud infrastructure with database and data analytics technologies.
- Client Management & Governance: Lead client relationships, ensuring strong governance and management throughout the cloud migration and project lifecycle.
- Project Delivery: Manage cloud migration projects from discovery and planning to execution and ongoing operations.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
- Cloud Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions, particularly in Google Cloud, with a focus on architecture, scaling, and security.
- Migration Experience: Experience in customer-facing migration projects, including discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operational support.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of cloud technologies and distributed systems, including Linux, software-defined networking, container orchestration, Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), and open-source technologies like NGINX and Redis.
- DevOps & CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in DevOps processes, continuous integration/delivery, and automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Databases & Big Data: Experience with Relational Databases, NoSQL, and Big Data technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Spark, Hadoop).
Preferred Skill Sets:
- Cloud Migration Expertise: Further expertise in architecting and migrating enterprise workloads to cloud platforms.
- Advanced Networking & Security Knowledge: Deep knowledge in networking, VPNs, load balancing, and secure infrastructure.
- Big Data & Analytics: Proficiency in integrating cloud architecture with advanced data storage and analytics platforms.
Years of Experience Required:
- 4-7 years in IT Infrastructure, with a focus on cloud architecture, migration, and data analytics.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Engineering (M.Tech).
Certifications:
- Minimum Certification: Google Professional Cloud Architect
- Alternate Certifications: Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
Required Skills:
- Cloud Architectures for designing and deploying scalable cloud solutions.
- Migration & Integration: Expertise in assessing existing systems and creating roadmaps for seamless cloud migration.
