Job Description & Summary:

Support clients in transforming the governance, monitoring, and delivery of capital projects by strengthening PMO structures, reporting and decision-making frameworks, and implementation of digital solutions including workflows, dashboards, and data models. The role sits within PwC's Infrastructure Transformation Practice and focuses on improving delivery of complex capital projects through governance, project controls, and practical digital enablement.

Responsibilities:

A. Governance & PMO

  • Design and manage governance structures, review calendars, action trackers, risk and issue logs, and executive status reports.

  • Support PMO operations and improve reporting and decision-making frameworks across project environments.

  • Maintain key project registers, reporting packs, and progress monitoring mechanisms.

B. Project Controls

  • Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and project performance across capital projects.

  • Analyze trends, delays, and variances toprovideactionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Support structured review mechanisms for project monitoring and performance improvement.

C. Digital Transformation & Reporting

  • Implement digital solutions for project controls, including MIS dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.

  • Build andmaintaindashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel, and related technologies.

  • Support integration of project data across multiple systems and embed digital tools into day-to-day workflows.

D. Stakeholder Management & Delivery Support

  • Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to run reviews and present structured updates.

  • Support day-to-day client interactions and ensuretimelyexecution of project management activities.

  • Contribute to improving governance and digital roadmaps for large-scale infrastructure and capital projects.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 2-7+ years of relevant experience depending on role level:

  • Associate: 2-4 years

  • Senior Associate: 4-7 years

  • Manager: 7+ years

  • Hands-on implementation experience in live capital project environments.

  • Experience in PMO, governance, project controls, digital transformation, and reporting/analytics.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, ora relateddiscipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification / MBA is a plus.

  • Sector exposure in roads, energy, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, or manufacturing preferred.

  • Experience in PMO setup/transformation, digital dashboard/MIS implementation, schedule analytics, data automation, and use of AI/advanced analytics in project environments.

Working Model

  • Full-time role.

  • Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Ahmedabad / Kolkata /Client site.

  • Travelrequiredbased on project needs. Will beupto50% per month.
