Job Description & Summary: Experienced SAP LeanIX Senior Associates with strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture (EA) to support LeanIX implementations across global SAP landscapes. 

Responsibilities:  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive A/B testing strategies for web and mobile experiences using Adobe Target, ensuring accurate test setup, statistical validity, and proper audience segmentation. • Validate and troubleshoot A/B test implementations through detailed analysis in Adobe Analytics, monitoring key performance indicators and ensuring data accuracy across all test variations. • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Selenium with Java, integrating test suites with CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins and Maven to ensure continuous quality assurance. • Perform advanced client-side debugging using tools like Charles Proxy and Chrome DevTools to identify and resolve technical issues affecting A/B test performance and user experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and data analysts during sprint planning sessions to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria for personalization features. • Execute thorough HTML, CSS, and JavaScript validation to ensure A/B test implementations maintain code quality standards and do not negatively impact site performance or functionality. • Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, documenting bugs and working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes while maintaining test integrity. • Leverage cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs and BrowserStack to conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing for A/B test variations and personalized experiences.

Mandatory skill sets:  • A/B Testing experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and validating web and mobile experiences..Strong automation engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium (Java), integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven and cloud-based testing platforms such as Sauce Labs and BrowserStack.Detail-oriented collaborator skilled in client-side debugging (Charles, Chrome DevTools), HTML/CSS/JavaScript validation, defect tracking, and working closely with cross-functional partners on sprint planning and testing strategies
