Role Summary The Business Application Consulting team helps clients transform finance operations. As a Senior Associate, you will implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules. You will map business requirements to system capabilities for enterprise-level integrations. 

 

 

Responsibilities 

 

• Module Configuration: Set up General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. 
  

• Process Mapping: Lead requirement workshops to map business processes to Oracle Cloud best practices. 
  

• System Design: Define enterprise structures, Chart of Accounts (CoA), hierarchies, flex-fields, and cross-validation rules. 
  

• Data Migration: Execute data extraction and uploads using FBDI and ADFDI tools. 
  

• Testing & Support: Conduct unit testing, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and log cases with Oracle Support. 
  

• Reporting Setup: Create financial statements using OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and SmartView. 
  

• Integrations: Coordinate cross-module points across Procurement (P2P), Sales (O2C), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and SCM. 
  

• Team Mentorship: Guide junior associates and technical analysts through delivery phases. 
  
  

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): integrations, orchestrations, connectivity agents, monitoring. 
• Strong Oracle database and PL/SQL skills; experience on DBCS (provisioning, configuration, tuning). 
• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, APIs, and security (OAuth, certificates, policies). 
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud or other Oracle SaaS applications. 
• Knowledge of networking concepts (VPN, connectivity agents) and file‑based integrations (SFTP, FBDI). 
• 3–7+ years in Oracle integration/database development; cloud experience required. 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills; ability to work in Agile/SDLC environments. 
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent; Oracle Cloud/OIC/DB certifications are an advantage.

• Cloud Experience: Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials lifecycle implementations. 
  

• Taxation Rules: Practical experience with India Localisation (OFI), GST configurations, and TDS compliance. 
  

• Accounting Hub: Proficiency in Subledger Accounting (SLA) and Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH). 
  

• Troubleshooting: Strong skills in functional triaging, structural reconciliation, and patch analysis. 
  
  

• Strong technical communication for managing client-facing workshops. 
  

• Analytical capability to solve complex accounting configurations under tight timelines.
