Job Description

The purpose of this position is responsible for configuration changes,Troubleshooting and analysis and secure systemoperation in the plant. It plays a critical role in designing and maintaining any new or existing line architecture according to the standards.

Nexeed MES Configuration & Availability : Responsible for the Implementation of medium-sized change
projects and the associated configuration NEXEED MES modules
as a solution Expert. Ensure availability of MES on MAEs and
perform troubleshooting.

Project Management : Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
against milestones. Ensure that the plant is compliant with all
relevant regulations and standards related to Nexeed MES.

Connectivity and Data Pipeline Management : Maintain the entire IoT solution architecture starting at the
individual device through connectivity, data collection and
storage, cloud, middle ware, and security. Design, develop, and
maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL)
data from various sources from MES Database.

Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external
partners, such as technology vendors. Manage relationships
with technology vendors & Value streams for delivering digital
solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering (Software, IT, Electronics/Electrical)

Experience: 2-5 years experience in Nexeed MES system desirable(Key User, PLC programming etc.)
Experience in the field of PLC Programming is an additional advantage, experience with object
oriented and/or low code programming (desirable)
