Job Description

To lead and enhance supplier quality performance by applying strong expertise in supplier quality management, supplier developments (SD) & audits, and continuous improvement methodologies.

The role aims to ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, drive sustainable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery, and support overall business objectives.

The position plays a key role in developing supplier capabilities, driving process maturity, and enabling operational excellence across the supply base, while fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

The role requires extensive travel to supplier sites within India to perform audits, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Constantly improve PT suppliers performance and the quality of our products. Consistently improve PT suppliers performance and the quality of products.

Support Bosch PT plants worldwide in the product development process with Indian suppliers.

Ensure a safe launch for supplier supplied parts in new / transfer projects.


Qualifications

Bachelor's in mechanical or production engineering (Full time mandatory). Any other engineering field can apply if adequate knowledge as per role requirements.

8-10 years experience in Supplier Quality Assurance in Consumer, Electrical or similar Industry background. Profound manufacturing process control knowledge, quality assurance and quality tools (e.g.FMEA, control plan, failure analyses concept, SPC, poka-yoke, capability studies &measurement system analyses, IPC Standards).

Handson knowledge in problem solving tools (e.g. 8D Ishikawa Diagram, 5-why analysis, cause & defect analysis).
