The purpose of this position is to create a culture in the value stream that embraces the adaption of BPS principles inline with business and BPS standards.

Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial & production
. Min 3-5 years in manufacturing
. Experience of participating in lean improvement projects
. Experience in lean methods related with production and logistics
. Competence knowledge of lean manufacturing and logistics methods
. Advanced creative approach to problem solving
. Advanced continuous improvement
. Competent in BPS methodology and implementation of BPS elements in manufacturing
. Expert in problem analysis, problem-solving, and design thinking
