IN_RBIN_Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager_Design & Development (Senior Member) : PS-GH/RBU-IN

Job Description

The purpose of this position to develop and release BU products to customer as per set guidelines.

Product development:
Execute and ensure seamless product development resulting into product release based on customer requirement and Bosch
Engineering System/PE process, monitor necessary product engineering quality

Plant Support:
Execute and ensure engineering support for localization and series topics as a front end and ensure topic closure

Escalation Management:
Escalate during project development with any constraints/risk with data & interpretations to leadership team to seek appropriate management interventions / decisions

Customer Support:
Coordinate with customer for technical alignment and obtain necessary approvals at the right stages of project

Innovation Management:
Support for implementation of novice topics and filing them as Invention report

Technical competency development :
Mentor and guide/support peers to identify individual potential and enhance competency within team

Qualifications

. Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile)
. Masters in engineering (desirable)

5+ years of experience in product development process
