Responsibility for
- Statistical process control
- Problem solving
- Internal System audit,
- Data Analysis & improvement

Essemtial:

- SPC & Process Capability study
- Strong Problem solving skill e.g. 8D, Shainin etc.
- Proficient with Analytical Quality tools
- Proficient with IATF Core tools (PFMEA, Control plan)
- Strong Knowldege of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality systems
- Proficient Comunication skill

Desirable:

- Experience in Automotive part quality
- Knowledge of Braking system in 4 wheelers
- Certified IATF Auditor
- Exposure of VDA6.3 Audit system
- Risk based thinking
- Good Presentation skill

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical / Production )
