Job Description

• Manufacturing co-ordination for assembly lines
• Sample co-ordination and release of New products for series production
• Customer audit preparation,PPAP and co-ordination from manufacturing
• Evaluate customer requirements (new/running change) and provide solution
• Engineering change (ECR) coordinator (Creation, validation and implementation)
• Responsible for Production documents (PFMEA, Control-Plans,Working plans, etc.)
• Lead relocation & localization projects
• Capacity planning and new investment planning
• KAIZEN, YOKOTEN & LL tracking, implementation & IPN coordination
• Plan and implement safe launch and ramp up of new platforms
• Co-ordinate and tracking of plant affected ECRs initiated from worldwide locationOptimization of assembly processes (to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery targets)
• Use BPS (Bosch Production System) elements like leveling, pull system & QCO for waste elimination
• Production key user (SAP)

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 3-7 years experience
