Job Description

  1. Maintenance of SAP System (POE) for Chakan, Manesar and Sanand locations of RBIC.
  2. Co-Ordination and implementation of SAP change requests and up-gradations to SAP
  3. System
  4. Execute and Implement IT projects (ex: POE, S/4 HANA, BMLP etc)
  5. Strengthening Key user community
  6. Knowledge management of SAP processes @ RBIC through development of SAP Key
  7. Manage user roles and access
  8. Ensure compliance with security policies
  9. Resolve authorization errors
  10. Handle user-reported issues (tickets) via tools like ServiceNow or Jira
  11. Analyze errors in SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
  12. Provide quick fixes or workarounds to ensure business continuity
  13. Prioritize issues based on severity (critical, high, medium, low)
  14. Guide end-users on SAP processes
  15. Provide functional support (how to use transactions)
  16. Create user manuals or SOPs
  17. Conduct training sessions when needed

Qualifications

BE/ B Tech with 4-8 Years of Experience.

Key Skills Required:

  • SAP module expertise (FI/MM/SD/PP etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP
  • Analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Communication & stakeholder management
  • Understanding of business processes
  • SAP Role Management

  • KPIs linked to policy deployment :
    1. SAP SLA Compliance
    2. SAP Incident Volume Trend reporting and monitoring
    3. SAP Root Cause Resolution Rate
    4. User Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
