. Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.
. Basic PCB trouble shooting.
. Basic SAP Knowledge.
. Understand of Q tools, Control Plan, Process FMEA.
. Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines, follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures
. Escalation Management.
. Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.
Soft Skills:
. Good Listener/Able to respond quickly.
. Good team player.
. Ability to coordinate with different functions, follow up and get things done.
. Willing to learn, ability in deploying new initiatives.
