Initial analysis of customer complaint

Co-ordination of completing PSS for customer complaint

Troubleshooting of PCB/Component failures

Updating and monitoring QMMFMEA meeting participation

Monitoring and tracking customer complaint

CP AuditSAP accounting of scrap

Test gate effective tracking

Analytics - Automation within Analysis

Performing risk assesment for suspected parts

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 4 to 7 years experience or B.tech with 3 years Experience.

Additional Information

Technical skills:

. Technical Knowledge about SMT process.

. Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.

. Basic PCB trouble shooting.

. Basic SAP Knowledge.

. Understand of Q tools, Control Plan, Process FMEA.

. Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines, follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures

. Escalation Management.

. Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.

Soft Skills:
