Job Description

• Ensuring production target are met with Safety and Quality standard adherence
  Analysis of loss contributors
  Ensure operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction, etc.)
  On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling.
  Conducting shift level communication with associates Safety, quality and Production topics.
  Conduct regular audits - layer process confirmation.
  Implementation and adherence to the quality StandardProblems solving through systematic approach - 5 Why, PSS Responsible for Continuous improvements.
  Inventory control & Accuracy maintenanceExecution of BPS standards
  Failure analysis and CAPA System CIP Projects. Internal complaints handling5S Audit LPC
  System CIP Projects.

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical. with 3 to 4 years of experience in production manufacturing
