Job Description

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring product excellence and continuous quality improvement across manufacturing operations. You will lead quality initiatives, conduct comprehensive analyses, and drive sustainable improvements throughout the organization.

..Key Responsibilities:..

  • Lead and execute robust launch processes for new product introductions, ensuring all quality gates are met
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on production anomalies and customer complaints using advanced problem-solving methodologies including PSS, 8D, FTA, Shainin, and Six Sigma
  • Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans, monitoring effectiveness across all operational shifts
  • Resolve customer complaints through effective corrective and preventive actions, ensuring sustainable closure and follow-up
  • Champion quality mindset improvement initiatives and cultural transformation projects across the facility
  • Identify, document, and disseminate quality lessons learned across the organization to prevent recurrence
  • Conduct process and system audits in compliance with VDA 6.3, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2026 standards
  • Collaborate in the development and validation of robust Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
  • Spearhead continuous improvement projects focused on system optimization and operational efficiency
  • Leverage expertise in SMT and final assembly processes to identify quality enhancement opportunities
  • Apply knowledge of calibration procedures and cross-sectional analysis to ensure measurement system integrity
  • Develop comprehensive defect catalogues and conduct training for production associates
  • Review and optimize control plans to enhance process capability and consistency

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering with 8 to 9 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or manufacturing
