IN_RBAI_OSAT Project Manager and Resident Engineer_IN

Job Description

• On-time completion of Industrialization tasks during NPI project (e.g. AutomotiveLine Requirements) and production ramp-up, effective coordination of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stable assembly operations, achievement of production, capacity, and delivery targets via technical support of mass production topics, and strong supplier performance with effective issue resolution.
• Continuous yield improvement and defect reduction, successful reliability outcomes in volume production, effective closure of quality issues through corrective actions, and monitoring and controlling ramp-ups through audit support and regular line walks.
• Monitoring and controlling mass production, timely identification and mitigation of project and operational risks, controlled implementation of engineering and process changes, effective management and closure of critical escalations, and driving problem solving at OSAT.
• Regular KPI tracking and management reporting, data-driven decision-making and action planning, achievement of quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets, and performing lot disposition and MRB (Material Review Board) processes.
• Implementation of productivity and process improvement initiatives, reduction of manufacturing inefficiencies and waste, and achievement of cost-saving and operational excellence goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in electr./mech. Engineering or related fields.Optional Masters in Physics or related fields
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor assembly, supplier management or related fields
