Build required systems for automotive QMS certification.
Support in change management process - Customer info / approval
Review and authorize quality gates for new projects.
Coordinate for customer PPAP. &Series support for customers.
Claim management in case of 0 km complaints / warranty handling and analysis of field failures.
IQIS system management for all types of complaints.
Coordinate and drive improvements in terms of quality within the value stream from source / make and
deliver.
Implement zero defect quality initiatives in the plant
Coordinate for risk assessment in case of concessions / complaints
Coordinate and face internal / external system audits and customer audits.
Support to Conduct product audits and process audits.
B.E Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer management in quality
Candidate should have good Negotiation skills,Communication skills, Conflict management skills
Working in teams, Leading a team withEmotional stability
