IN_RBAI_Assistant Manager / Senior Officer - HR Transformation and Organization Development

Job Description

• HR Transformation:Develop and execute new workflows, new and current HR processes by identifying areas for simplification and automation along with participating in benchmarking exercises for leading practices in HR operations.
• Change Management:Implement organizational change by designing target learning interventions that foster growth and development mindset of employees
• Cultural Change and Engagement:Design and execute initiatives that foster a values-driven and inclusive workplace culture along with coordination culture audits and diagnostics to assess alignment with organizational goals.
• Digitalization:Plan and manage digitalization of HR transformation, organization development interventions and optimize processes through automation.
• Diversity, Engagement and Inclusion: Adapt and implement a comprehensive DE&I strategy that aligns with the organization's value to foster a workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Master's in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, Organization Development or Transformation roles.
