IN Project Manager - SAP ADM

Role Overview

As a Project Manager specializing in SAP Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) for Supply Chain, you will serve as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and external SAP implementation partners. Operating full-time on-site from Ahmedabad (with travel/flexibility for the Mundra plant), you will drive SAP supply chain projects, system enhancements, and process optimizations to digitize and streamline manufacturing and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Delivery Management: Lead SAP Supply Chain projects and enhancements, collaborating with external consulting vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with business goals.
• Business Process Enablement: Partner with plant and corporate business teams to identify optimization opportunities and translate business requirements into functional specs for vendor execution.
• Operations & Vendor Management: Oversee day-to-day SAP support, monitor vendor performance, and resolve operational incidents across supply chain modules with minimal business disruption.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison facilitating seamless communication between plant operations, corporate IT, and external service providers.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM, and optionally PP).
• Vendor & Project Coordination: Proven track record in business-facing IT roles managing external SAP implementation partners, support delivery, and enhancements.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of supply chain workflows, plant operations, and manufacturing logistics.
• Preferred Background: Experience in S/4HANA environments, process automation, or industrial plant/manufacturing settings.
