In-Process Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the quality control processes during the assigned shift to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.

- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments of production processes and outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with production teams to address quality-related issues and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, generating reports to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.

- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of quality awareness.

- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with quality standards.

- Implement and maintain quality management systems and documentation as per ISO and other relevant standards.

- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to minimize defects and enhance product quality.

- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations within the workplace.
