Job Description

Note Below Points Before Applying:

  1. Please ignore if you appeared for an Dotnet + SQL Interview in last 6 months with us.
  2. This is a Scheduled Hiring Event, and only screen & test shortlisted candidates will get an opportunity to meet with our Panel in Gurgaon office basis your availability whether on 22nd November'25 or 29th November'25.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in C# language and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Responsibilities

  • Design, code, test and manage various applications
  • Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
  • Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
  • Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ to 5 years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences
  • Experience developing web-based applications in C#, SQL, VBScript/ASP or .NET
  • Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle
  • Experience working in agile development environment

Interview Process:

Stage 1: Online Technical Challenge (120 Minutes)

Candidates will complete 3 tasks within the Video and Screen Proctor Mode:

  • Identifying and fixing bugs
  • Coding challenges involving C# and design patterns
  • SQL-based problem-solving

Stage 2: Technical Interview (90 Minutes)

  • Interaction with SMEs
  • Assessment will cover C#, .NET, SQL, general technical questions, and a hands-on coding challenge
  • Candidates will also have an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the interview

Stage 3: Final Interview (30 Minutes)

  • Meeting with Leadership/People Team
  • This round will focus on competency-based evaluation and insights into FNZ's culture
