IN_Manager_Tech Product Manager_AI in Delivery_Advisory_Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality parameters

Develop Release reports, detailed project plans, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators

Handle project scope changes, risk management, and mitigation planning effectively

Facilitate and drive meetings – Planning, Project tracking, Retrospectives, Weekly sync-ups etc.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture decisions

Conduct code reviews, lead architecture decisions, and mentor developers

Manage release cycles, deployment, and go-live coordination

Lead tool certification process (governance audits, data privacy, penetration testing)

Manage team capacity and project delivery

Oversee integrations with SAP, Workday, Salesforce, etc.

Mandatory skill sets:

8+  years of overall technology experience, knowledge of software development methodologies,  led software development teams through full lifecycle

Hands-on expertise: React, Python/Node.js, Java/.NET

Release management, CI/CD, DevOps, and production operations experience

Solid understanding of JWT/session-based authentication and security best practices

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in deploying AI-powered conversational agents/digital assistants/autonomous AI systems, into applications

Experience with agentic or autonomous AI frameworks and tooling

Years of experience required:7-10 Yrs

Education qualification: BE/Btech/MBA/MCA
