Job Description & Summary:

At PwC, our business application consultants specialize in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by implementing and supporting various business applications, including SAP. As an SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you'll assist clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP applications. This role will focus on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), contributing to clients operational efficiency and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Project Involvement: Participate in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go-Live stages of customer implementation projects.
• Customer Interaction: Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with clients, providing creative solutions to address their issues.
• Solution Delivery: Ensure the use of SAP standard solutions, propose workarounds when necessary, and validate the solution with test case scenarios.
• Functional Configuration: Lead the functional configuration and implementation of the SAP SD module, especially in S/4 HANA.
• Sales & Distribution Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in Sales Processes (Sales, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Returns).
• GST & E-Invoicing: Knowledge of business processes and solution design with respect to GST and E-Invoicing.
• Project Experience: Minimum of 2 SAP implementations and at least 1 support project in the SAP SD space.
• Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration/conversion from legacy systems to SAP and handle integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI - Financial Accounting).
• Training & Support: Provide user training, support, and facilitate change management processes.
• Documentation: Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) expertise, including S/4 HANA implementation and support.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Processes (e.g., Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management).
• Experience in Data Migration, Integration (particularly with FI), and handling GST & E-Invoicing processes.

Preferred Skill Sets:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) for customization.

Years of Experience Required:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD with a strong background in implementation and support projects.

Educational Qualification:

• Required: B.Tech, M.B.A., M.C.A., or M.Tech (or equivalent).
