As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will bring a broad range of consulting expertise across various Salesforce applications. Your role will involve working with clients to understand their business needs, implementing customized Salesforce solutions, and providing ongoing support and training to ensure the effective use of Salesforce applications. Your versatility will be key in assisting clients to optimize their operations and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Solution Design & Architecture: Lead technical consultations and solution design for clients, ensuring that the Salesforce implementation aligns with their business requirements. Architect and oversee the development of scalable solutions for large-scale customers.
  • Solution Validation & Walkthroughs: Validate the solution components and provide walkthroughs for clients to ensure understanding and alignment. Identify potential technical risks and issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support teams across multiple client engagements. Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce solution design and development, ensuring that projects meet high-quality standards.
  • Innovation & Efficiency: Drive innovation within the practice by identifying reusable components, tools, accelerators, and promoting their adoption across teams for improved delivery efficiency.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that Salesforce solutions are tailored to their specific business goals.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

  • Proven Salesforce Expertise: Experience in architecting Salesforce solutions independently and hands-on participation in large implementations on the force.com platform.
  • Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of structured programming languages, especially APEX, Force.com, and SQL. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Lightning (including LWC, Aura) and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Possess Salesforce Developer, Administrator, and Sales/Service Cloud certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Apex, triggers, batch Apex, SOAP and REST API integrations.
  • Salesforce Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce's internal architecture, design patterns, and the Salesforce platform's technical capabilities.
  • Leadership Experience: 8+ years of experience in CRM with at least 4 years as a platform/enterprise architect, with hands-on leadership in large-scale Salesforce programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Skill Sets:

  • Salesforce Lightning: Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura frameworks.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Experience with other JavaScript-based frameworks used in Salesforce development.
  • Enterprise Solution Architecture: Deep experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation programs.

Years of Experience Required:

  • 8-10 years of experience in CRM, with at least 4 years as a platform/enterprise architect focusing on Salesforce solutions.

Education Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
