As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

• Responsibilities:  
  
  

• Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end test automation frameworks using Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript). 
  

• Build reusable automation libraries and utilities for scalable testing. 
  

• Automate UI, API, and cross-browser test scenarios. 
  

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers. 
  

• Define and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and QA processes. 
  

• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality from early stages. 
  

• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). 
  

• Ensure continuous testing and fast feedback loops in agile delivery. 
  

• Mandatory skill sets:  
  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation. 
  

• Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript. 
  

• Experience in UI automation, API testing, and cross-browser testing. 
  

• Solid understanding of DOM, selectors, asynchronous programming. 
  

• Experience with test frameworks (Playwright Test Runner, Jest, Mocha). 
  

• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured or similar). 
  

• Experience in version control systems like Git. 
  

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines. 
  

• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes (good to have).
