• Responsibilities:

Technology Assessment and Strategy –

• o Evaluate current IT infrastructure to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• o Develop a comprehensive IT technology strategy that aligns with client's business goals and objectives.
• Architecture Design
• o Design scalable, secure, robust and efficient IT infrastructure architecture strategies including cloud-based architectures and create detailed architecture documentation
• Technology Evaluation and Strategic Roadmap Definition
• o Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to determine their potential impact on the organization's infrastructure and recommend robust technology solutions
• o Create strategic technology roadmaps to guide future technology initiatives.
• Technology Standards and Governance
• o Establish and maintain technology and security standards, policies, governance framework and best practices.
• o Participate in governance process to ensure compliance with EA standards, principles, relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement –
• o Effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• o Independently manage client expectations and deliver solutions that meet their needs
• Mandatory skill sets
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure architecture design, including cloud based architecture.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale IT infrastructure solutions
• Should have experience working with industry standard enterprise architecture framework like TOGAF.
• Strong knowledge and experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), experience in designing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies, on-premises DC IT infrastructure architecture designing and robust technology solutions recommendations, define BCP/DR strategies.
• Proficient in infrastructure technologies, including cloud computing, platform, storage, network, virtualization, and security.
• Preferred skill sets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience in consulting, client-facing role with a focus on managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements, familiarity with leading digital emerging technologies such as AI / ML, GenAI, Intelligent automation, IoT, edge computing, cybersecurity trends including zero trust architecture, AR/VR, Blockchain, quantum computing etc.
• Preferable experience in any one of Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer and Healthcare industry sector
• Year of experience required
• Minimum 8+years of experience plus MBA is required for the role
• Overall experience can vary between 8+Years
• Educational Qualification
• Work experience in IT & ITeS/Software product companies Big4preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus
