Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities of the role may include:

Project Delivery / execution:Workwith client C-level and leadprojects -design solutions applicable to client's problem statement and manage delivery ofwork products with the right levels of quality. Definedeliverable content andfacilitatebuy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels atvarious automotive clients.

2.Business Development:Leadbusiness development opportunities, conducting diagnostics and preparation ofwinningproposals

3.AutomotiveDomain Development:Leaddevelopment of assets and methodologies,development of point-of-view, research or white papers, development of marketing collateral, and publicationsin industry periodicals

We are looking for candidates withdemonstratedexperience in delivering tangible improvements in automotive OEM andcomponentcompanies in India.

Areas ofpreviousexperience -across 1 or more of the following:

• Strategy consulting

• Sales & marketing performance improvement

• Innovation Management

• Digital transformation

• Supply chain transformation

• Organization structure & productivity improvement

• Cost reduction across multiple leversin manufacturinge.g.raw material consumption,manpowercost, maintenance cost, spares & consumables cost, and energy & utility cost

• Datadriven interventions forsales, marketing,manufacturing, supply chain

Education qualification:

Education:MBAfrom a top tier institute Any certification on any of the above areas would be preferred
