Job Description & Summary

A career within compliances projects, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage contract and compliance to enhance their customer experiences,

*Responsibilities: 

Role

Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limited supervision.Support in new client acquisition and business development.Thought leadership on global emerging trends.

Skill set

Extensive experience (7 + years) of handling / managing compliances projects. Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviewsRobust project handling skills

Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

*Years of experience required 

5-7 yrs. exp

*Education Qualification
