A Business Analyst (BA) bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions. They evaluate processes, analyze data, and identify inefficiencies to recommend strategic changes that drive organizational efficiency, optimize operations, and save costs. 


Responsibilities 

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional project requirements. 
  

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets and process workflows to derive actionable insights and solve organizational challenges. 
  

• Process Optimization: Map out current workflows (As-Is) and design streamlined, improved processes (To-Be). 
  

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a central liaison between business leaders, development teams, and IT professionals. 
  

• Solution Testing & Deployment: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee the implementation of new systems.  
  
  

• Analytical Thinking: Capability to break down complex business problems and evaluate data alternatives. 
  

• Business Acumen: Understanding of finance, accounting, and overall business principles to align solutions with company goals. 
  

• Documentation & Presentation: Proficiency in translating needs into clear functional specifications, flowcharts, and user stories. 
  

• Technical Tools: Familiarity with data visualization and management tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Jira. 
  

• Methodologies: Understanding of software development lifecycles, specifically Agile/Scrum 
  

• Exp: 8+ Years 
  

• Qualification: B.E, B.Tech, MBA, M.Tech, M.E 
  

• Location: Bangalore 
  
  

• Mandatory skill sets:Strong Proficiency in Power BI Desktop/Service, SQL, DAX, and Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema). 
  

• Tools: Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, or R is often preferred. 
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
  

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300/DA-100) is highly desirable 
  
  

• Preferred skill sets:Strong Proficiency in Power BI Desktop/Service, SQL, DAX, and Data Modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema). 
  

• Tools: Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, or R is often preferred. 
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field.
