Position:

Social Media Manager (In-House)

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter etc.
• Create engaging content strategies aligned with the company's brand identity.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily social media activities.
• Design and execute paid and organic marketing campaigns.
• Monitor analytics, engagement, and performance metrics to improve reach and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for promotional campaigns, branding, and client engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Required Skills:

• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and branding strategies.
• Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and analytics tools.
• Graphic designing/video editing knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
