Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Explain products or services, features, and pricing to customers over the phone.
  • Address customer queries and provide accurate information to facilitate sales.
  • Conduct tele-sales activities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Persuade potential customers and close sales through effective communication.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure maximum conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in tele-sales or as a sales specialist.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven with the ability to achieve or exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and update databases regularly.
