In-House Counsel

EnerZ is a fast-growing electric ride-sharing service based in Kochi, India. Our mission is to lead urban cities towards eco-friendly transportation by providing reliable, affordable, smart, secure, and trustworthy ride-sharing solutions.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an In-House Counsel at EnerZ. The In-House Counsel will be responsible for handling legal matters, contracts, compliance, and providing legal advice to the company. This role is primarily located in Kochi, with flexibility for some remote work.

• Legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
• Experience in contract negotiation and management
• Knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the transportation or tech industry is a plus
• Law degree from a recognized institution
