Job Title: In-House Content Creator (Reels & Video Creator)

Job Type: Full-Time / Monthly Basis

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic In-House Content Creator who can handle day-to-day content shooting requirements for multiple brands. The role mainly focuses on creating engaging reels, short-form videos, announcement content, and social media visuals.

The scripting, concepts, and content direction will be provided by the team. Your primary responsibility will be shooting, creating, and executing high-quality content as per the brand requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and create engaging Instagram reels, short videos, and social media content
• Handle content creation for multiple brands simultaneously
• Record announcement videos, behind-the-scenes content, promotional videos, and trend-based reels
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team for execution
• Ensure content is shot and delivered on time
• Assist in basic video editing and content formatting if required
• Be available for regular day-to-day shoots depending on brand requirements                

Important Note:

• This is a monthly-based role and not a per-video payment structure
• Daily work and shoot requirements may vary depending on ongoing projects and brand activities
• Some days may require more content creation while some may require less, based on business needs

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of reel creation, camera handling, and short-form content
• Understanding of Instagram trends and social media content
• Creative mindset with good presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and brands
• Prior experience in content creation is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
