Responsibilities: 


  

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.  
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth.  
  

• Identify new business opportunities and work with clients to expand existing projects or initiate new ones, leveraging automation technologies.  
  

• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.  
  

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.  
  

• Conduct regular reviews of project progress, addressing any issues or risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.  
  

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to project teams, promoting best practices in project management and solution delivery.  
  

• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and identify opportunities for innovation.  
  

• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and clients, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and opportunities for future growth.
