Marketing Auto. Approach: Provide recommendations on best practices to implement in our sales and business units, to assist them to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build contact databases
HubSpot Management: Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform, ensuring data integrity and compliance with best practices. and leverage its capabilities
Trends: Keep on top of the latest developments in HubSpot, check, enable and inform the community
Processes: Recommend lead generation processes and teach sales & marketing teams on how to route opportunities to our direct or indirect sales channels
Guidance: Provide marketing guidance for marketing automation specialists and HubSpot users in BU/SUs
Training and Engagement: Collaborate with and train marketing teams (central, business units, and country units) to encourage the effective use of HubSpot as the referral tool for demand creation.
Stakeholder management: Regularly inform the community and promote of activities in scope of marketing automation
Technical Coordination: Coordinate with internal digital teams, and external agencies to develop HubSpot and its interfaces
Personalization: Support Marketing colleagues adopting best practices to improve the lead nurturing process
Reporting: Report on results, review and analyze data to measure performances relative to marketing projects
AI: Understand HubSpot AI capabilities and ensure its usage by marketers.
Qualifications
MBA (Marking) with Graduation in Engineering is preferred
