Functional Role
- Support by executing assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
- Coordinate tasks and priorities effectively with supervisor.
- Assist in the implementation and execution of testing topics.
- Monitor and report on testing task progress regularly.
- Handling of test specimens and test setup material.
- Preparation of test agreements and test reports.
- Repairing of hydraulic products.
- Major product development tasks include:
. Test set-up preparation
. Assembly and disassembly of prototype hydraulic products
. Test bench operation
. Data acquisition using data measurement instruments
. Analysis of Test specimens in terms of Function test and Fatigue strength
. Magnetic particle test
. 5S activity in test bench area
. Energy monitoring
Qualifications
1 Job Title / Designation: Engineer - Testing
2 Location: AhmP, Ahmedabad
3 Essential Educational Qualification: Bachelors in Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering
4 Preferred Educational Qualification:
5 No. of years of Experience required: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Hydraulic products
Additional Information
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
Must
have basic knowledge of Hydraulic system and its components.
have knowledge of Mechanical properties of material.
Good English communication and collaboration skills.
Advantage with
experience on fatigue analysis
basic knowledge of fluid mechanics and its properties.
experience with shopfloor activities
Type of Industry Preferred:Hydraulic products manufacturing / service / development
Iron and Steel manufacturing industries, Plastic moulding industries.
