Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Stores Management
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per authorized requests
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers (manual/ERP)
- Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase team for replenishment
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Security Management
- Supervise security personnel and duty rosters
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vendors
- Ensure safety and security of company premises, assets, and materials
- Maintain visitor logs and security incident records
- Coordinate with management in case of emergencies or security issues
Requirements
Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle general administrative duties and office coordination
- Maintain records, files, and compliance-related documents
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations departments
- Support facility management, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of inventory and storekeeping practices
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP, email)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling company assets
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores / Security / Admin roles
- Experience in ISP / Telecom / Industrial environment is an advantage
