Talent Acquisition & Campus Connect
- Support in planning and executing campus connect initiatives for Apprentices hiring.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, schedule drives, and manage candidate communication.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Help in execution of employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events.
- Collect employee feedback and contribute to initiatives focused on strengthening workplace culture.
3. Plant Level support
- Provide support to HRL1 in Contact Labour Management compliance (CLM) to ensure new Wage Code
- Employees connect meetings, and grievance redressal coordination.
- Record keeping, data arrangement and support in convenance of Grievance Handing Committee, Works Committee, Monthly committee with BC, Annual returns.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Support timely communication and coordination with internal stakeholders at plant level for new HR initiatives, programs, and updates.
5. HR Operations & Reporting
- Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
6. Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist in HR compliance activities such as audits, statutory documentation, and record management.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
7. Learning & Development
- Assist in identifying training needs and support execution of training plans.
- Contribute to training coordination and documentation based on ADDIE & CptM.
