- Identify and resolve issues with hydraulic components.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic components.
- Prepare report and quotation for the repairs.
- Offer technical guidance via phone, email, or remote diagnostics to help clients troubleshoot problems.
- Ensure safety protocols while handling, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and the customer, addressing any concerns or questions regarding products or services.
- Preparation of *D reports and coordinating the lead plants for the quality issues.
Qualifications
B.E In Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience of 3 - 5 Years
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise
required in the areas like :
- Hydraulic Products Knowledge (Fault finding, trouble shooting, assembly, dis-assembly, Testing),
- Technical knowledge on SAP,
- Soft Skills like Communication, Presentation
