- Quality Control Ensuring that the purchased products /parts meet Quality standards and specification
- Responsible for Vendor Order and Delivery management : Review and steer target fulfillment with suppliers
- Responsible for Extended work bench Schedule Management and fulfillment review
- Inventory control - Raw material , WIP and FG : Steering as per target, measures , Risk mitigation
- Vendor delivery performance: Review , Assessment of risk and collaborate with all stakeholders [CP/ABE, CP/PPS]
- New products /projects launch : Establish necessary contracts, KOA inputs, Supply chain cost build up and realization, manage SOP and series deliveries.
- Responsible for leading and Driving Levelling , Production Planning and Coordinate Internal Delivery Fulfillment
- Responsible for reconciliation of subcontracted materials with suppliers.
- Coordinate with LOM and Suppliers for timely collection / delivery of child parts to the production site.
- Coordination for : Supply shortfall, Rejections with PQA & LOQ [Q2 notifications] - Close looping
- Coordinate with PQA, Inbound Logistics for inward inspection, goods receipt and booking.
- Master Data maintenance - System based planning [MRP] parameters and timely updations
- Timely escalations During critical /bottleneck situations and delivery failures from suppliers
- Tool life data tracking with CP Support and providing an early warning on tool life in consultation with LOP
- Continuous improvement on MOQ , Leadtime and relevant BPS KPIs for Suppliers [out of System CIP]
Coordinate with IPN for allocation , EOP, SOP cases
