IN_Bosch Rexroth India_Engineer / Executive_Electrical & Electronics Maintenance

Job Description

• As a shift in-charge he has to handle breakdown of Product Testbench, Assembly line , Paint-shop and other plant equipment like CNC machine, overhead crane , Vertical Storage system.
• Achievement of department KPI like BD% , MTTR , MTBF , Spare Cost etc
• Responsible for Machine Back-Up & Clone image of hard-disk.
• Responsible for Fault Diagnosis of PLC software, CNC controller, HMI , Image Processing , VFD base Product Testbench, Assembly Line and Other equipment.
• Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance.
• Resource allocation, delegation of jobs to next shift supervisor for carry forward job & maintaining history of records in the system.
• Planning and procurement of Spares and maintaining Stores for maintenance Spares.
• Energy Saving measures for plant MAEs, implementation of safe electrical practices .
• Knowledge of Electrical Power distribution network for Raw Power and UPS for Machines .
• Maintaining of various records & documentation for audit compliance of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 50001 .

Qualifications

BE Mechatronics / BE Electrical & Electronics with relevant experience of 3 to 5 Years

Knowledge / Experience Requirement

• Experience of PLC software programming & HMI configuration.
• Experience of Product Testbench and Data Acquisition system with preferable LabView Platform , C++ environment , Siemens or Rexroth hardware.
• Experience of Image Processing system with Cognex Camera . VFD (Variable Frequency Drive ) Configuration .
• Exposure in I4.0 , IT networking , PC based application in industrial environment.
• In depth knowledge of TPM practices, Root Cause Analysis , Corrective and Preventive Action.
• Experience of CNC controller of Siemens like 840D & 840DSL and Fanuc 0iTD , 31iB etc.
• Knowledge of Electrical Automation & Calibration process of Flow Meter, Temperature Controller , pressure transducer etc.
• Knowledge of 5S Tool, Electrical Safe Practice and documentation for ISO-90001 , ISO-14001 & ISO-18001, Kaizen etc.
• Knowledge of ISO-50001 , Green Energy are added advantage.
