Job Description

Job Purpose: - To manage and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatches, customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, transportation efficiency, cost control, and compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :- Dispatch Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, Freight Cost per Shipment, Premium Freight Cost, Transportation Efficiency, Customer Complaint Closure, Transit Damage Rate, Warehouse Productivity, SAP Process Compliance, Audit Compliance Score

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Commerce.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience: - Automotive, Auto Components, Industrial Manufacturing, Engineering Products, Process Industries.

Experience: 12-15 Years

Required Skills & Competencies :-

1. Strong knowledge of Outbound Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
2. Expertise in SAP (SD/MM/WM/EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems.
3. Inventory Management and Transportation Planning.
4. Customer Relationship Management.
5. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA.
6. Team Management and Leadership
7. Data Analysis and Reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred).
8. Negotiation and Vendor Management.
9. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making.
10. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
