Job Description

1. Major Job Responsibilities: Proficiency in Material Handling System, Assembly Line Automation,
2. Design Knowledge of Free flow Conveyors
3. Requirement study, Concept & layout Preparation to meet Customer requirement
4. BOM Preparation and Cost Estimation
5. Detailed GA/DAP Drawing for the Project
6. Coordination with System installation team for any site support needed with respect to design orTechnical
7. Understanding of Value-Selling
8. To have inter-personal skills to liaison with internal CFTs and BU
9. A team player with Effective communication skill, presentation skill
10. Positive Attitude, Inter-personal skills, Analytical skill, Logical thinking

Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineer with 2 - 5 Years of Experience

Preferred Skills / Exposure-

• PLC programming knowledge in ladder language , ST programming Added Advantage
• Basic Knowledge on Servo drives, Servo Motors,Basic knowledge on CNC, Motion controllers
• HMI programming , SCADA programming
• Basic knowledge on Communication protocols Like Profinet,Ethercat,Ethernet IP, Modbus, OPC-UA
• Basic Knowledge on automotive, Printing and packaging Industry Sectors
• Basic Knowledge on Power Point and Excel
• Basic Knowledge on AC drives, VFD, Induction motor Working
• Basic Knowledge on Electrical Wiring ,Basic Switch Gear Working inside Machine panels, Troubleshooting
• Added advantage of knowledge with- IT languages like C,C++, python, Matlab, Java etc.
